We use our UH-OH! Accident CleaneR to remove the odor and stains that often linger after a pet accident. The UH-OH! Accident CleaneR is formulated to attack the live bacteria that causes the odor and stains. Along with a deep clean, our process includes deodorization and the use of odor neutralizers to bring a fresh and pleasant smell back into your home.

Our technicians will gladly offer a free inspection with a UV light or moisture reader to determine the areas of concern. They are then able to discuss all the options, costs and solutions with you.

Do you offer DYI products I can buy?

We offer you the same exact CleaneR our technicians use to clean your home.
Our CleaneR is professional strength yet designed with your family’s safety in mind. Along with it’s ability to combat stubborn stains, our CleaneR meets and exceeds all regulations needed for the Green Clean Seal Of Approval.

What should I do before The Carpet Cleaning Company arrives?

Our technicians will thoroughly vacuum upon arrival, so don’t worry about that. We have you covered!

To keep our prices down and to pass on the savings to you, we run one person crews, so we do ask that you pick up items off the floor and move any furniture that you want moved. We will gladly move your furniture for a small per area fee. Please let a Customer Service Representative know when scheduling your appointment so that we can send two technicians to provide the best customer service.

Please note that we do not move fragile items like pianos, entertainment centers, dining cabinets, TV’s, game systems, computers, etc.

Can you clean area rugs in home or do you take them off-site?

The Carpet Cleaning Company offers both In Home & Off Site Rug Cleaning. If a rug has any biological issues (such as blood, urine, feces or vomit), we do recommend that they be cleaned Off Site for proper cleaning.
