Some spots come right up and look fabulous when we are done but unfortunately it doesn't always work out that way. If there is pet urine in the rug, we use our Uh Oh Accident CleaneR to kill the bacteria left behind which helps alleviate odors & stains. For all stains we use peroxide which oxidizes the rug fibers. This process will remove all stains that can possibly be removed. Vacuuming & Spot Treatment

Vacuuming is the most important step in the pre-cleaning process because dry soil damages the fiber surface of the carpet and lint, pet hair and other debris can become deeply embedded.

Agitate  & Extract

We start by inspecting every inch of the rug’s surface, identifying problem areas and selecting the most effective treatment method. 

Based on the style (like wool, oriental, Persian, sea grass, or antique), we will determine the most appropriate cleaning technique to make sure colors and fibers are not damaged.

Vacuuming & Spot Treatment

A normal handheld vacuum usually isn’t enough to remove dirt and dust from the interior of the rug. Our high-strength air washing will remove years’ worth of solid buildup. 

Prior to washing, we use residue free and all-natural CleneR** to prepare the rug fibers for washing.

Deep Cleaning

Our signature Deep Clean Encapsulation Treatment agitates solid contaminants on the surface and interior of the rug, extracting even the smallest particles of dirt and dust. The rug is then submerged in a specialized washer that uses multiple cleaning cycles to ensure a totally refreshed rug.


Grooming & Re-Inspection

  • Where can I take an area rug to be cleaned?

    The Carpet Cleaning Company offers both In Home & Off Site Rug Cleaning. If a rug has any biolgoical issues (such as blood, urine feces or vomit), we do recommend that they be cleaned Off Site for proper cleaning. 

  • What are your business hours?

  • How long does the carpet take to dry?

    Although dry times can vary depdending on the amount of CleaneR used to get the carpet cleaned and the carpet fiber type, most carpets dry within 2-3 hours. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, check and all major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. 

  • Can I have my carpets cleaned if I live in an apartment or highrise?

    Of course! Whether you live on the 1st or 99th floor, we offer a clean you can count. We have a highrise unload fee of $50. 

  • Do you have a guarantee?
